Time to let it go

I was counting down the days until this photo shoot for my dear friend Adina Petre, a clinical psychologist, trauma therapist and high-performance coach. I knew it's gonna be fun!

Adina is a brilliant specialist. She can hear and deeply understand the core of the problem. "How do you normally look like while working?" - I asked her for better understanding how should I photograph her. The answer made me smile: "Basically, I just sit and listen".

But, of course, a psychologist’s work is much more profound. I really liked Adina’s wooden Matryoshka doll, which serves as a metaphor for the layers that hide our traumas, buried deep within us.

Adina helps her clients to find the way to understand and work out their trauma and live their happy lives.
